Foundation for PALTC Medicine Early Career Clinician Travel Award PALTmed27 Annual Meeting | March 18–21, 2027 | Albuquerque, New Mexico Early in your PALTC career? This opportunity is for you. The Foundation for PALTC Medicine is offering up to $1,000 in travel awards exclusively for early-career clinicians with two to five years of experience practicing in post-acute and long-term care (PALTC) to attend the PALTmed27 Annual Meeting. Supported by donations to the Foundation, these awards help clinicians build their knowledge, connect with colleagues, and develop leadership skills early in their PALTC careers. Eligibility Applicants must: - Have between two to five years of clinical practice experience in PALTC. - Be a current PALTmed member. - Be a licensed clinician in the United States. - Attend the PALTmed27 Annual Meeting. Preference will be given to applicants attending a PALTmed Annual Meeting for the first time. Award Details - Recipients will receive a $1,000 travel stipend. - PALTmed will waive meeting registration fees for award recipients. - Recipients are responsible for registering for the meeting and arranging their own travel and lodging. - Applicants will be notified of award decisions by January 2, 2027.
