Dr. Rajeev Kumar PALTC Leadership & Advocacy Travel Award

The Foundation for PALTC Medicine will be providing travel awards up to $875 for an early career PALTC practitioner to attend the 2026 PALTmed Advocacy Summit taking place October 19-20, 2026, in Washington, DC.  These funds are made available from the Dr. Rajeev Kumar PALTC Leadership and Advocacy Endowed Fund, which supports the development of new and emerging volunteer leaders, as well as advocacy and educational experiences and programs serving the post-acute and long-term medical field and the Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medical Association (PALTmed).

To be eligible to apply for this award, the applicant must meet the following criteria and apply below by August 28, 2026.

Eligibility:

  • Current member of PALTmed
  • US licensed clinician
  • Clinicians who have been practicing in the field for 2-5 years
  • Attend the 2026 PALTmed Advocacy Summit

Award Details

  • Stipend for registration and travel
  • Recipients are responsible for registering and making their own travel and lodging arrangements.
  • Notifications  will be sent September 4, 2026.
